Refund policy

This return and exchange policy applies to online purchase as well as products purchased at pop-ups.

At rali, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
• The product should be free from any stains, odors, or damages.

Return Process:

1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at orders@rali.club to receive a return authorization and the return address.
2. Pack the item securely and include the original packing slip or a note with your order number.
3. Ship the item back to us using a traceable shipping method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
